Up to 60 acres will be dedicated to tree crops, primarily focusing on palm, occupying over 90% of this acreage. Other tree crops, such as oranges, tangerines, bananas, and plantains, will also be grown.

Up to 3 acres will be allocated for vegetable cultivation. These areas will be irrigated to ensure year-round usage, especially during the dry season. Local vegetables typically imported, such as peppers, bitter balls, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cabbages, will be grown and delivered fresh to supermarkets, mainly in the capital city.

CAF, Inc. plans to prioritize pig farming and pork meat processing as part of its animal farming activities. This initiative aims to fully utilize byproducts from palm production activities.

CAF, Inc. will purchase products from its farming affiliates and add value to ensure farmers receive good prices, encouraging increased production. The transportation of these products to CAF's warehouse will be managed exclusively by the company.
